Caramel Color SRC 4400
Caramel Color SRC 4400 is a dark brown, fluid Class IV Caramel Color used widely in the food, beverage, and pet food industries.
Liquid caramel color used in the food industry as a coloring agent. It provides the characteristic color to many processed foods without altering the original taste. As a food coloring, CARAMEL COLOUR 4400 helps to make foods look fresh, vibrant and appetizing on store shelves and tables. With proper usage levels, it provides uniform color that enhances the visual appeal of foods without leaving a metallic or bitter aftertaste. CARAMEL COLOUR 4400 is heat stable so it will not fade or alter color during cooking, baking, boiling or frying processes.
