Peat Flavor
This flavor also know as whisky flavor and it use to imparted when barley is dried over a peat fire, and the resulting phenols are absorbed into the grain. It offen use on whisky to refers to a distinct smoky, earthy, and sometimes medicinal aroma and taste derived from the use of peat during the malting process.
